Mercury Rising – Inter* Hermstory[ies] Now and Then is dedicated to inter* movement(s) in activism, society, art and culture, both past and present. It is one of the first inter* focused art exhibitions of its size, not only in Germany, but also considered worldwide. Curated by an artistic-curatorial team of which Giegold & Weiß are part, it explores universes and utopias on the topic of intersex issues which, until now, has often been filtered and handed down through the gaze of dyadic people, or still is.
